Payroll Adjustment Request Interface System (PARIS)

PARIS is the payroll adjustment entry system that interfaces with Banner. The application was developed in partnership with University Payroll & Benefits (UPB), Administrative Information Technology Services (AITS), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and System Offices Shared Services (SOSS). It uses similar technology developed for the Human Resources Front End (HRFE) application.
PARIS Adjustments
PARIS includes the ability to process Current Pay Adjustments (CPA) during payroll calculation and Prior Underpayment Adjustments (PUA).
PARIS Security Access
How to Get Security Access to PARIS Prior Underpayment Adjustments (PUA)
Security access to the PARIS PUA module will be granted only to individuals who:
- Complete both the required PARIS Courses.
- PARIS Overview [online course-updated 12/17/2020]
- PARIS Prior Underpayment Adjustments [online course-updated 12/17/2020]
NOTE: An issue with the Firefox browser may require you to click input fields twice before you can type your entries.
- After completing both courses, notify your Unit Security Contact (USC). Your USC must then submit the request for access for performing PARIS PUAs.

How to Get Security Access to PARIS Current Pay Adjustments (CPA)
Security access to the PARIS CPA module is requested by your Unit Security Contact (USC). Your USC submits the request in the Security Application. Training is not required at this time.
